If we order sets from you, will we be sent the model ID and release so we will be 2257 compliant?
All our content is 2257 compliant. Our customers get model ID photo and release scan with every purchased set and video. We give also licenses for the purchased content. The documentation is automatically downloadable with every set.
There is the free set available for registered users. You will find it in the 'My Cart' section. The free set comes with all documentation which we normally give with purchased content. You can see what documents you will obtain with the bought content on that free example set.
There is an option during the purchase process to order content on CD with the signed hardcopies of the documentation. If you check that option we will send the CD and paperwork by mail. | How soon will I be able to download the content after payment for the order?
When you make a regular order and a credit card payment the files are released for download
immediately after a succesful transaction - this is automatic. It is important not to leave the credit card processor site. It will redirect you back to our site with the transaction code OK. In the Epassporte or a custom payment case we must accept your order manually. So you will have the files for download immediately after we see the payment. It should not exceed several hours. | I´m a freelance photographer and I would like to know if you buy sets of other photographers?
No, we don`t buy content from other photographers and studios. All content presented on our site is made by us. |
